* Workshop analysis feedback: 'follow up and evaluation'

Hi all,
I attended in both workshops , there was assessment, feedback at the end from for the attendees was received via e-mail. Both sessions were enough interesting, but sometimes the instructions were given too quickly and it was very difficult for me, beginner, understand all the information.
The teacher was aware of the my difficulties during the workshop and has tried to help me.
